Owner Pascal Bollmann

Pascal Bollmann has been doing CrossFit since the beginning of 2010, participating at CrossFit competitions as a master athlete (40+ category) and has given gymnastics seminars on various Swiss CrossFit boxes for several years. His knowledge and experience are based in particular on his 18 years of top-level experience - of which he was for 9 years a member of the Swiss National Squad and 6 times Swiss Champion. His active professional sports experience as well as his acquired knowledge as an independent personal trainer (since the year 2000), various training / further education in CrossFit as well as the degree as NVS A member (movement therapist) result in a unique combination, which he shares today with his personal training clients and CrossFit members.
